Test Data Recording Form:

Task 1: Find where you would register for a class
  • Time: 1 Minute 15 Seconds
  • Participant Action Notes: Took a while to find out where registration option is, It's not too clear, if you want to go direct. Class search worked well
Task 2: Find where you would browse programs information
  • Time: 15 Seconds
  • Participant Action Notes: Really easy to find, because it is really obvious
Task 3: Find where you would look up Events
  • Time: 14 Seconds
  • Participant Action Notes: Again, really obvious and easy. It would be nice to have some option that shows the next event, instead of just being empty

Debriefing:

What do you think of your first experience with OMS.com?
  • The site was very well designed and organized. The display was very clean but it has too much info on the home page.
What was the most useful aspect of the site?
  • The menu on the left side of the screen was very responsive to the mouse, making it easy to find what I was looking for.
What aspects of the site were ineffective?
  • Class registration option, is to hidden, and not obvious.
What other question do you have before we wrap things up?
  • Maybe you could list all of the menu items on the left instead of listing them in submenus.

List of Changes for your site:

  • Maybe add better links for Registration
  • Display some concerts and/or provide mp3 downloads of current students work.
