Description:

As a business analyst (role), I want to perform CLOSED card sorting for web site navigation and content groupings with 10 users (functional output) to determine the user preferred web site navigations and grouping of content to improve overall customer web site experience and efficiency (Business value).

Acceptance Criteria:

Business analysis will review card sorting results with the client and client will make final assessment on navigation and content groupings.

Tasks:

Create Labels and specific categories for CLOSED sorting. 1 hr - Shane
Send out to 10 users to categorize. 1 hrs - Geoff
Examine results with client and determine navigations and content groupings. 2 hrs - Heidi
