This page will display the provider information from the Relief Organization table and provide a control to approve the provider. In the real world it should also have links to other data relating to the provider from the Shelter, Relief Contact, Relief Phone, Offered Service, Need Request, SwiftAid.org Employee, and Relief Service tables, but we will not develop such an elaborate provider relationship GUI for the purposes of this course.
